MBS and Sustainability

Mendel BioEnergy Seeds (MBS) is committed to developing perennial energy crops as a sustainable source of biomass for power and biofuel production globally. MBS is engaging with leading environmental and scientific organizations to identify and adopt key principles for sustainability to guide our development and use of energy crops. Toward that end, Mendel was one of the founders of the Council for Sustainable Biomass Production.
